All our instructors are well trained, BHS professionals, and have collectively well over 80+ years of experience in the training of horse and rider for all disciplines. Please see our Meet the team page for more details on our instructors. 

 

From the first time rider to affiliated competitor all are welcome at HEC.

We do our best to pair horse and rider, and group riders into appropriate learning groups.

We offer a range of lesson options to suit.

We pride ourselves on offering a different lesson experience. We focus on private, semi private or small group lessons.

We do not do open booking groups, each group is paired together carefully to maximise enjoyment of each session.

Young riders are welcome of all levels, from 4 years old. NEW Tiny Tots sessions for riders aged 3yrs. 

Adult riders also welcome!

 

All lessons are conducted on our 20x40 fully fenced all weather arena, our covered arena, or our secure round pen arena for the very novice combinations.

Alternatively we also have our mechanical horse for posture, position, balance, and strength training.

We are a BHS training and examination centre offering training for BHS exams up to stage 4.
