Howden Equestrian Centre is a British Horse Society highly commended, approved horse riding school based just outside Howden, East Yorkshire, providing quality riding tuition for all level of rider. We teach riders of all ages, from age 4 (3 years for tots), with no upper age limit, everyone is welcome at HEC. 
 

HEC is fully insured and licenced by ERYC, and all our instructors are qualified coaches & experienced teachers.
We are BHS approved. highly commended by the BHS and rated 5 STARS by the ERYC, ensuring the best tuition, and animal welfare.
 

We care deeply about rider develop and our horses' welfare and pride ourselves on being different from your average riding school!

We are now also a BHS approved "where to train" and examination centre, meaning we can offer BHS examination training for BHS Stages 1, 2 and 3.
